Yeah I was reading about food photography and decided I’d rather cook and eat. I need to work on my photos too but eh I have a concussion so its more important I eat my food hot!

I think I need to try your smashed burger. I hear it calling my name.

Thanks for the compliment, I just wish my pictures turned out better. Someday I will get a new camera.

I guess I need to make a trip to Sandpoint soon. I prefer the thinner crusts of New York style.

If you did bacon, I imagine it would be like the more traditional “Chicken Carbonara” sandwich. I’m no fan of mushrooms, though, I’m an odd picky eater. If I did make something like this, I’d probably have to try it both ways. And maybe a third way, without any meat other than chicken. Just because.

I had a Monte Cristo for the first time at Bennigans. It was like an elephant ear or a funnel cake with cheese and meat! Can it get any better than that?

This looks tempting. Was there anything else you were tempted to add to it? If you did it again, would you do it with the prosciutto or something else?
